Combine live theatre with our literary heritage on Saturday with Fluellen Theatre Company's unique, lively and entertaining performance based guided tour of Dylan Thomas's central Swansea. Starting from the Dylan Thomas Centre itself, the tour will take in some of his many old haunts, including The Three Lamps, the site of the Kardomah, Castle Square and ending in the No Sign Wine Bar, where you can raise a toast to the wordsmiths's memory. 2pm - 4pm 2. Oystermouth Castle is the setting for a string of exciting events this summer. But surely nothing is better suited to the recently renovated landmark than a day of fierce historical battle and re-enactments? The cavalry will mount, swords will be unsheathed, banners will be hoisted and the musicians will sound the attack as the grounds of one of Wales' finest castles come alive in the heat of battle on Saturday. Standard castle admission fees apply: adults £2.50; concession: £1.50; family ticket (2 adults and 2 children): £6.25; passport to leisure: £1.25; Children under 5 go free. Dogs are allowed in the castle and its grounds but must be kept on a lead at all times. 3. Swansea's Muslim community marks the end of Ramadan with Eid in the Park, a family day, open to all cultures. West Side Story is showing at Neath's Gwyn Hall from 7pm on Sunday - and it's a rare chance to catch this timeless musical on the big screen. Swansea city centre is gearing up for a free music bash across three stages, with the emphasis on rock and indie sounds on Sunday. Union Street, Castle Gardens and Swansea's Grand Theatre car park will corral local acts including Rookz, The Phantom Light, Hangmen, Chris Stringer and Carbon, plugging in from noon until 5pm.
