Heat hampers firefighting efforts in Chelan County

Temperatures over 100 degrees are causing problems for crews fighting the Mills Canyon Fire in Central Washington. As of Saturday afternoon, the fire had burned more than 20,000 acres and 763 people were working on containing it, even as the heat plagued the effort. Reported by Seattle Times 29 minutes ago.
