New way of industrial heating is described. All kind of industrial high and low scale production processes related to heating, melting, drying, curing, forming and similar are benefited from the use of this new heat source by significant reduction of production and operational costs, increase quality, improve and streamline processes and energy efficiencies.

(PRWEB) September 03, 2014

Gyrotron Technology Inc. (OTC:GYTI), developed a new way of industrial heating by incorporating in manufacturing practice a new heat source called a gyrotron beam. This tool combines the focusing ability of beam (like lasers or e-beams) with the volumetric heating capabilities of microwave, providing ultra-fast, efficient thermal treatment of any non metallic materials.

A heat rate of hundreds, even thousands, of degrees per second can be achieved in this heating. Therefore, melting temperature of thousands degree or curing temperatures of hundreds degree can be reached in seconds and even in a fraction of a second. Such heating speeds also means the ability to conduct selective and local heating before thermal conductivity can spread the heat to the adjoining areas.

The gyrotron beam allows heating large or small objects from fractions of inch to hundreds of square feet to any temperature up to over 6,000F with high repeatability and accuracy. Its electromagnetic field accelerates diffusion and synthesis processes as well.
All kind of industrial high and low scale production processes related to heating, melting, drying, curing, forming and similar will be benefited from the use of this new heat source by significant reduction of production and operational costs, increase quality, improve and streamline processes and energy efficiencies.
