Kerry Foodservice Brand Wingers Launches Bulk Buffalo Sauces.
Beloit, WI (PRWEB) September 04, 2013
Wingers added a little zing to their line of hot sauces today announcing two new products: Original Buffalo and Real Hot Buffalo sauce.
Kerry Foodservice brand Wingers recognized a need in the marketplace for high quality sauces for the foodservice industry that can provide delicious ready to use sauces for chicken wings and other menu items that require great buffalo flavoring.
According to Timothy Shaw, Food Product Manager at Kerry overseeing the Wingers brand, "Wingers Original Buffalo Sauce has the perfect balance of tangy and zesty flavor with just the right amount of heat. If that isn’t spicy enough, then the Real Hot Buffalo Sauce kicks up the heat while still delivering on the flavor of the original. Our goal was to create a deliciously tangy flavor that will make any food irresistibly spicy."
Both Wingers Buffalo flavored sauces have real aged cayenne peppers, vinegar, salt, garlic, and a touch of butter flavor to create a rich, thick, hot tasting sauce, according to Shaw. With added butter flavor, these buffalo sauces are ready to use right out of the bottle and adhere well to any food item such as chicken wings.
Wingers Original Buffalo Sauce and Real Hot Buffalo Sauce are packaged in 1 gallon bulk containers and come 4 to a case to support wholesale foodservice companies and food category buyers.
