Gay porn mogul Michael Lucas wrote at length about his use of Truvada, or pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), as an HIV prevention method in an Op-Ed for Out magazine.
Lucas, who is HIV negative, spoke to HuffPost Live host Josh Zepps about his use of the drug, and why he feels more sexually active gay men should opt to use it.
"Whether they like it or not, it's human nature...people do not, in the heat of the moment, [use condoms]," Lucas said.
